tho i am not much in to racing SF RUSH was a good game.. and i was into it.. but i liked the Tony Hawks and Matt Hoffman games. they were my the most played.. but now playign the xbox for so long the Dreamcast versions of them games seem very slow and chopppy framerate. I cant belive i used to LOVE these games back then!

i also liked ALIEN FRONT ONLINE. and STARLANCER which weas kewl cause i could play them online using dial up hehe!

QUAKE 3 was also played the most.. when an old freind would come over to play all the time, it was better on the Dreamcast cause my computers were to slow to play the PC version!.

I also liked Ooga Booga too! heheh! that was a fun two player quick deathmatch type game!

For single player adventures i likes SHENMUE ONE and SHENMUE TWO.. . but i played through ALL of the SECOND ONE agaon on the XBOX version!

Fighting Force 2 was good on the DC better then PSX version.. hehe DC kicked PSX ass as fas as Graphics!

Soul Reaver was ALSO better on the DC then on the PSX tho i played them on both consoles all the way through heheh!.. same with Fighting Force 2! Surprised)

I played the heck out of Gauntlet Legends.

Which brings me to my next question. How good are Disc Doctors? The disc cleaning/scratch fixing thing. My copy of Gauntlet Legends has something on the bottom of the disc, looks like little wet spots. It is not disc rot. I can also feel the spot on the disk but I cant get rid of it.

Disc Doctors are Garbage, They just scratch up the disc all over. Bring it by the Lakewood store anytime. I'll bring it back to life. Mike : )

I agree with mike.. they are CRAP.. tho i never used one personally.. Just this past year, quite awhle after Mike and i talked about them.. i finaly was able to see one in a store in PLattsburgh.. and a guy was showing someone how they worked.. they have GRINDING stones on them.. at least thats what it looked like.. and mannnnnnnn doodeeeee.. They wear the plastic right away! A couple works of the doctor and you got a paper thin DISK!! NOT worth it!

It would be better to just to have Mike do it personally .... as he told me long time ago WAY before i EVEN seen one of them DISK DOCTORS in action, to NOT use one.. and I definatly will agree with him!

But the DVD ROT or the DISK ROT, your talkling about.. BELIVE me i seen ALOT of that on CHEAP MADE DVDS..

Just ran into one not to long ago it was the movie DOOM.. but thank god I got a replacment... the movie wouldnt work in my COMPUTER DVD player at all!..

i have had experince with a quite of few movies like that!

Oh yeah just a couple weeks ago i remember the TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURLES 3PACK one of them movies also HAD DVD ROT on it!.. the other two were fine!. You can litterally see the clouds in the surface!!

They litterally lock up POWERDVD the pc dvd player!

I will let Mike take a shot at it. I have seen what teh disc doctors to the discs and it does not look pretty, but I thought I would give it a shot since I could always find another copy of the game.

I only had one disc that had cd rot. The disc literally had holes in the data layer even though the plastic was completely intact. The cd was only a few years old.

Toy COmmander was fun when you were pplaying multiplayer mode ehehe.. watching the little airplanes fly around the kitchen ceiling lamp hehehe!.. it was fun playing against a buddy!

HeadHunter.. i think that was the one.. that had the guy riding a motor cycle through the city hehe trying to get to the bombs in time.. to disable them.. i played it for a long timr gettign to that point of the game and then lost interest cause i couldnt even get the first bomb defused before the time ran out hehe!..

HMM.. thats ok to revve an old thread .. even though the dremamcast is old and obsolete.. they are just as classic as ATARI.. people still have thier favourite game on them old machines.... so in away this post isnt one of them post that get irrelevant after a period of time!! Irevellant?! How ever you spell it hehe! So instead of startuing a new thread ..to just name your favourite dreamcast game.. thats what this post is here for :O)

Man i havent played the DC in ages.. but i still think my favouite games were th eONLINE ones back then.. IF the DC servers would have stayed on.. or if there was still away to connecto someone else just wihtout server.. like direct IP connect .. that would still make the DC LOTZA FUN!!.. I miss ALien FRONT Online! hehe!

I know alot of folks don't like when people respond to old threads but my faves would be Shenmue, Shadowman, VF3tb. special nod to Record of Lodoss War and D2.
